That's right, you did. My statements may have had a bit more imagination and 
exaggeration than is your preference, but they do contain the common sense 
that offering world class shopping to persons of limited income below the 
poverty level is neither the optimal way to attract the most preferred 
customers to businesses, nor is it a preferred method to attract the best 
students to local institutions of higher education.
