[Vision2020] UI Cuts

Roger,

If they want a qualified Multicultural Affairs Director that is actually a minority and not some fat bureaucratic balding white guy who is use to being grossly overpaid, they will most likely have to be flown in from outside of Idaho. I'm surprised they could actually find four people willing to come here and consider taking the job. 10-1 who ever they choose will leave within 36 months from date of hire.

The problem UI has, is that it doesn't actually do anything for Multicultural Diversity.

Best Regards,

Donovan

There are 16 open positions in PSES that are on hold. A good share of these will
be permanently cut. Some of them probably should be. In the latest University
Register there is a listing for Director of Multicultural Affairs. Four
candidates are being flown in from all over the US. Something is rotten in
Denmark here.
