It's time for Nellis to show some real leadership by constructively confronting several serious problems and moral lapses at the UI.  Failure to do so in the very immediate future will probably doom his presidency and leave the UI in another lame duck situation as it was during White's tenure.

  DGSICTWWDYP (Don't Get Sick or Injured, 'Cause Then We Will Drop Your
  Policy) Program.

  Question:  Is it true that UI is thinking of improving staff and faculty
  morale by simply firing all the unhappy people?
