I understand that the Republican health care program is similar to UI's
DGSICTWWDYP (Don't Get Sick or Injured, 'Cause Then We Will Drop Your
Policy) Program.

Question:  Is it true that UI is thinking of improving staff and faculty
morale by simply firing all the unhappy people?
