[Vision2020] [Spam] PUBLIC MEETING UPPER LOCHSA LAND EXCHANGE

A lot of land trades make sence, such as an isolated piece of federal land surrounded by private property. This one does not meet that criteria. This would be a bad deal and I would erge people to go and voice their oposition. Due to other commitments I will be unable to attend.
