[Vision2020] Pumpkin Contest

*The Moscow Food Co-op's Pumpkin Weight Guessing Contest and Great 
Pumpkin Bake Sale will Support Local Non-Profit*
 
Community members are invited to participate in the Moscow Food Co-op's 
Giant Pumpkin Weight Guessing Contest through the end of October.  The 
giant pumpkin is on display at the Co-op.  The winner will receive a 
gift basket filled with delicious produce from the Co-op's produce 
department.
 
Starting in November, the giant pumpkin will be made in to nearly 100 
pies for sale to shoppers through the Thanksgiving holiday. All the the 
proceeds will go to Backyard Harvest, a local non-profit, thanks to a 
generous anonymous donor whose gift will pay for the other pie ingredients.
 
Backyard Harvest donates hundreds of pounds of produce annually to local 
food banks and senior meal programs. For more information visit
