Rep. Trail,

My question is, "What is the Idaho State Legislature doing about this issue, and what are our state Representatives, personally, doing to ease the food/fuel crises here in Idaho?"

What actions are you, Representative Ringo, and our State Senator Gary Schroeder taking to help us out and let the Governor and our US members of Congress understanding our dire situation as food and gas prices rise beyond our ability to absorb and pay?

  Best Regards,

Donovan

Biofuel Production Soars, Despite Concerns

Global biofuel production grew 20% in 2007. The U.S. and Brazil now
produce 95% of the world's ethanol, and Germany leads in biodiesel
production. But is this good news? Recent scientific studies and rising
food prices have provoked international debate about the role that
biofuels should play in our energy system over the coming years.
