So, here we have "Arnold", the Arnold that continuously, ad nauseam, 
reminds us that the University of Idaho is ripping off the Idaho tax payer 
and is in cahoots with Gritman when it comes to local health care, the 
Arnold that is now suggesting that tax payers provide a bonus to the UI 
President for simply completing their term.

Jeesh!
