[Vision2020] Energy saving lightbulbs... a different take

Andy, Setting aside the  mercury issue, I believe part of what he had issue 
with was the fact that Congress is legislating what type of bulbs Americans 
can buy.

By the way,  I have a number of CFL bulbs in use in my house.
