I believe the word "fight" may well have been editorial commentary provided by our local paper. They can be good at that. Perhaps it may be a bit rash or perhaps off-base to immediately assign such alleged culpability to the MPD? Note that no fear of harm from either and no desire to pursue charges came from both of those involved.

  Is the Moscow Police Department stand that unless a threat is actually voiced, no violence is intended or implied by guns that are being pointed at another person?  The very fact that a "fight" had ensued implies violence, yes?
