[Vision2020] Congratulations to the newly elected Council

After a hard fought campaign, the voters have spoken.  


Congratulations to four-year term winners Tom Lamar, Wayne Krauss
and Dan Carscallen, and to two-year term winner Walter Steed, our
newly elected City Council representatives.  They are all people who
care about Moscow, as do the people they defeated.  


I second Donovan Arnold's salute to Linda Pall and her many years of
service to the community on City Council.  My condolences to Aaron
Ament and Evan Holmes as well.
