[Vision2020] Moscow Can Move Forward

With a City Council made up of 5 moderates/conservatives, and only one liberal, it seems like Moscow can move forward in the area of creating jobs, bringing in industry, and expanding business opportunities for existing Moscow businesses. 
   
  It is too bad, that when the City Council consisted of a majority of social liberals they didn't make social changes in the community that they were suppose to do, now that opportunity is gone. 
   
  But, I look forward to seeing what these new council members can do for the community and change Moscow's anti-business attitude. 
   
  The political pendulum has now swung the opposite direction, let us see if they can get it right.
