Tom,
You are correct. Sks along with most other semi auto can be manipulated into
autos.
It is very tragic that this event has come onto our front porch. It is also
unfortunate, that some will use this for anti gun agendas. This tragedy
could well have had the same outcome with a high powered hunting rifle. In
my opinion it is not the version of gun that did the damage, but instead the
sick soul who has no respect for other life. If we must blame someone, lets
try his upbringing and the atmosphere that helped be who he was yesterday.
