[Vision2020] Justice turned upside down ( corrected)

This is what I was referring to. I have been hearing about this from several other sources over the last month. From what I have heard some solders were being fired upon from a house. They returned fire. Some non-combatants in the house were killed. A reporter from Newsweek interviewed some of the local people. He was told that several non-combatants were murdered. This was the bases for the convictions. This may be or not be the the same incident.
