[Vision2020] Words Bring Pause

Texas, California, Colorado, New Mexico, New York, Florida....want me to 
continue?  They have ALL had the exact same kind of vote and Spanish was the 
language in question.

IF any of those original languages were the language that was settled on in 
the beginning, yes - I would be speaking it or at least learning it.
