Really people, enough already. Take it off-line.

This is supposed to be a forum about Moscow.

Thanks
Bev

  Sunil,

I think you honestly know what Pat Kraut meant, and you enjoy taking
people's comments and twisting them against people, the words, and their
meanings for your agenda. You, me, and everyone else knows that no matter
what Pat Kraut said to try and better word her statement you would pounce on
her like a hungry lion on a little child. That is what you do to people.

You make fun of people and you even made fun of me and my disability.

Another example of you using your lawyerly ways to twist people's meanings
and words is like just now with the suicide attempt. I was not making fun of
the family. I was making note of the fact that you were going to defend a
child molester that killed himself.

I don't think the tragedy for that family was the child molester killing
himself, it was that he was a child molester.

If you want to in your lawyerly way attempt to twist the truth and make me
sound like I was making fun of a hurting family, have at it, that is what
you do and certainly better than most people I know. But it was not what
happened, and what I meant, and you know it.

And yes, I do mock the death of all men that molest little boys and girls,
and I explained to you why in a private email. Your public email ignoring
that I send that private explanation is greater testimony to me what a true
lawyer you really are by pretending you never got it.

Tell me Sunil, did you cry with the family of the victims of the child
molester you were going to protect?

    Donovan,

I do my best not to respond to your posts, but I'll make an exception
here.

First, I have offered no judgment or opinions regarding what Pat meant
by
her comments. I don't know what she means at all, because she won't
answer
my question. I would like to know what she meant, and she has chosen not
to
answer. I don't know how you know what she meant, unless she told you
offlist; she has not done it here.

Second: I'm not sure where you get off criticizing my posts. You wrote
one
of the most disgusting things I've seen here when you used the attempted
suicide of one of my clients to launch an attack on me.

I never met that man before his attempt, and his case was never
adjudicated.
But I did meet his mother and the rest of his family when they got to
Gritman, and tried to comfort her has she cried. I talked to her often
after they decided not to keep him on life support. He was a son, a
brother, an uncle, and his attempted suicide and subsequent death caused
his
family terrible grief, as did the accusation against him.

When you are willing to mock his death here to attack me, how are you
qualified to critique my post to Pat? Move out of your glass house
first.

    Sunil
