Not to mention that this did NOT occur here in Moscow and I kinda resent the
implication that it did. You should make it clear, Tony, that you are not
in Moscow and the MSD had nothing to do with this and should therefore not
have to "pay the price" for your ire in regards to your situation.
My children have had to have adaptations to their learning either because of
developmental and medical related issues or because of a higher degree of
ability...this was always done with smiles and ready compliance and I
appreciate the MSD's always readiness to educate anyone on any level -
including the new practice of supplying services to the local private
schools that DO NOT offer services for children such as mine and others like
them. These private schools ARE taking advantage of this service, BTW.
