[Vision2020] biker rally

Anyone know anything about a biker rally in Moscow this year?  I heard something on ch.3 one morning as I was getting ready for work but I didn't catch any details.  As a two-wheel (as well as 4-wheel) enthusiast I would like to find out when it is so I can make plans to partake.  A bike show would be cool too, but I don't know if that is planned. Thanks for any help -Tom
