[Vision2020] If You Look Young, Don't Buy Spray Paint ;-)

A. I HAVE contacted the City Shop - they will NOT allow anyone to clean the
fence off - I even offered to buy the cleaning solution if they would just
tell me what they would prefer was used. The problem is that the fencing
material could be damaged or discoloured if you use the wrong stuff. No go.
B. There are places in the US that have this problem and they use a type of
paint that makes it easy to wash this type of junk off. Could the City not
use that on this fence at least? Especially considering that one particular
panel seems to be hit rather often.
C. If I were to just go and paint over (with white paint) the mess that is
there, **I** could get in trouble for trespassing and destruction of public
property...if caught. Not a chance I am willing to take.
The first time this stuff was done, the City personnel were on top of it
immediately - I am just not sure why so much time has passed on this last
time and NOW we have tagging on top of tagging. It looks bad. All I am
asking of the City folks is why it isn't getting cleaned off?
J :]
