[Vision2020] FW: Moscow Ice Rink

How does this kinda thing happen in Moscow....simple.

We have an out-of-towner (Gary Reidner) running a town HE has NO interest or 
liability investment in, making decisions HE does not have to live with 
'cause HIS family is not affected.

Might be time the MAYOR decided to do her job and pull the raines in on this 
sorta stuff and actually EARN her votes from last election.

Period...end of story.
