Keely, thank you for pointing out that those on this site who express 
concern over lawyers in general would be wise to note that such abusive 
practices are not profession-wide.  While there will always be the properly 
motivated advocates for the disenfranchised, there will also always be the 
blood suckers who file endless appeals and motions on behalf of sociopathic 
predators like the Lankford brothers, now entering their 3RD DECADE on 
"death" row!
