[Vision2020] And so it begins!!

Consider that the US Federal government's budget was placed on cruise
control by the outgoing Republican controlled US Congress, without an actual
budget pushed through.  This places the incoming Democrats in a tough
situation, given that they have to deal with doing a real budget.

Anyway, though I feel the Democrats have to prove themselves worthy, they
are proposing major changes to how the US Congress does its business, to
attempt to stop some forms of "corruption," according to a discussion with
Gail Russell Chaddock, of the Christian Science Monitor, on 'Washington
Journal' on C-Span, that I just watched tonight.  You can listen to the
entire program to hear both pro and con views, with public phone-in
