Are they talking about estate taxes? I'll have to read the bill in
question, I guess. It sounded from their little blurb that it was more
like a wealthy person "giving" money to a family member in a presumably
lower tax bracket and then having them "give" it back later. Maybe I'm
reading things into it, though.

They basically tax the movement of money, from what I've seen. I know
that nobody likes to pay taxes, but I do enjoy having a police
department, interstate highways, some means of defending our country
against a foreign invader, public access to information in libraries,
and probably hundreds of other benefits I'd likely be surprised to hear
are government-funded. Don't we have a duty as a citizen of our country
to help provide for it's well-being?
