You err when you say others haven't been troubled by Craig's attempt to use his power.  From my perspective that was the most egregious act he committed.  I believe it was Orin Hatch who also referred to it as being the most unethical act he committed.   And from one whom he intimidated and patronized the several years  I lobbied him as a teacher and union leader, he's a master at it.

  I find it odd that all you who say sexuality doesn't matter are happily engaged in a discussion of Craig's sexuality. Just following the national pundits, I suppose.
  I couldn't care less about what he does with other adults.
   
  What troubles me, and seems to have escaped most everyone else in the usual rush to judge, is the apparent fact that Craig attempted to use his position as a congressman to try to intimidate the arresting officer(s).
  Too often, those in power, use that power to get away with things the rest of us would pay dearly for.
