[Vision2020] Update on felony animal fighting legisltation fromRep. Trail

Might I suggest that this be brought up at the earliest moment in the state legislature.
 
If this topic is delayed, when it does eventually got onto the floor of the legislature, it may very well be swept under the proverbial rug.
 
It is my opinion that the only reason Governor Otter currently favors such legislature is because if he ignores it or speaks against it, he comes across as (here's a surprise) a non-caring hypocrite.
 
So, my suggestion to Reps. Ringo and Trail is "Strike while the iron is hot."
