Might I suggest that this be brought up at the earliest moment in the state legislature.<BR>

If this topic is delayed, when it does eventually got onto the floor of the legislature, it may very well be swept under the proverbial rug.<BR>

It is my opinion that the only reason Governor Otter currently favors such legislature is because if he ignores it or speaks against it, he comes across as (here's a surprise) a non-caring hypocrite.<BR>

So, my suggestion to Reps. Ringo and Trail is "Strike while the iron is hot."<BR>
