[Vision2020] This hook is going to tear my jaw

Well, here I am again, back on the VisionCrack, once again. Will I ever
learn?

Tony,

I do not take pride in cowering behind the faceless internet, but I find
that I can say what I think, or say who I am, not both. As I said in the
beginning, take my words with as large a grain of salt as you wish. And
while I may expel a lot of verbiage, I'm rarely accused of being an
intellectual, just incorrigibly verbose.

Did my ad-hominem rhetoric change you? Did my selective re-definitions
actually serve any purpose? Do I look better in your eyes because of it? Are
my any ideals closer to being achieved? As you seem to be the grand master
of such tactics, perhaps you can explain why not.

Just what amongst your words do I see as deserving of such invective? Sorry,
but I'm not feeling up to building Wally's concordance on the gospel
according to Simpson today. I'll just try to paraphrase your views I find
abhorrent in a way that attempts to cast my own in a good light, but do
please correct me if I mis-represent your position.

You believe that government has (or the people have) a right to control what
happens within another persons body?
You believe that westerners (western leaders anyway, i.e. you know who) have
the right to decide the course the world takes, and can freely attack those
they personally dislike, so long as an unrelated third party commits an
abomination upon them first?
You take deep pleasure in inexplicably insulting a common Sikh choice of
headgear, due to inexcusable attacks upon us by psychotic Muslim extremists?
You agree that preventing heinous terrorists from killing fewer of us than
cancer, cars, or fast food, is more important than our constitutional
rights?
You agree that avenging a failed assignation, and "liberating unto death" a
moderately oppressed people, is worth more lives than we lost on 9/11,
particularly the lives of those who would defend us?
You think that short-term economic comfort, and occupational complacency, is
worth more than the long-term employment that would be created by becoming a
responsible species? (not to mention ensuring a habitable world for our
descendants?)
You believe these represent rational conservative views? Not inane
authoritarian ones?

I think I have pretty well covered what I have against you personally, but
to put it pseudo-succinctly:
Your perpetual failure to recognize just what your comparison of Prof.
Gier to mengele actually constitutes disgusts me in ways I cannot adequately
express. You make me sick.

In disgust,
Anon
