Hey, Congrats to ya, Greggy.

Does this mean you will actually be doing WORK instead of just holding the 
hands of the kirkers and Dougie-boy?!

Not that I'd trust you or anything, ("I will go the extra mile in helping 
you purchase a new home or sell your existing home" is a BIT scary coming 
from you) but I am sure there is a Barnum-example out there somewhere.  Oh 
look! The N Polk Ext. and Mt. View projects still need to be finished.
