[Vision2020] Possible new restaurant?

When I was in the city parking lot this afternoon, a woman approached me and asked the way to the mall.  We fell into conversation.  The interesting thing that emerged was that she was a location specialist for a location analysis firm from Chicago.  She said she was here on assignment to do gather some data and do a preliminary report for a client named "Buffalo Grill."  Apparently this is a restaurant chain. Does anybody here know anything about this chain or has anybody here actually eaten at one of their restaurants?
