That's just it...no one asked them if they would - all the court did was 
allow the "provider" to set the treatment plan up and then said "OK".  Talk 
to the Sheriff Dept.  They don't like this situation any better than I do.  
Fact is, they DON'T want Sitler being allowed to travel to/from "treatment" 
especially with a family member.

Check out other towns and other states - you'll find the providers go to or 
are at the institution, they do NOT have the PRISONER coming to their place 
of business.
