[Vision2020] Moscow-Pullman Highway going commercial

If Pullman consumers have been willing in the recent past to travel to
Lewiston, Clarkston, and Spokane to do their buying what is it about
traveling the extra two miles to the Thompson property that is so off
putting? You contend that our western commercial corridor is about used up
and advocate for additional development to the north. What is it about these
two compass points that makes them so desirable and commercial expansion to
the east, not? It would seem to me that Moscow should logically develop
commercially along the length of both the east/west and north/south axis's.
