[Vision2020] Moscow-Pullman Highway going commercial

As has been pointed out in past discussions, the 77 acres referred to
is on the wrong side of Moscow to attract Pullman shoppers and is not
beside the major commuting thoroughfare of the Palouse. Hard for
Moscow to create more commercial space along the corridor as it is
built out to the state line. There are seven flat acres available
along Highway 95 just north of Moscow Building Supply but the
corridor location apparently trumped staying in Moscow. Water supply
in the corridor will continue to be a limiting factor in development
there. I've yet to see the application for a water right transfer
associated with the proposed dealership on the Wa DOE database or in
the legals. Not good news for Hawkins Companies as it will mean one
less potentially available water right to transfer to their proposed
big box retail development.
