[Vision2020] Moscow-Pullman Highway going commercial

As has been pointed out in past discussions, the 77 acres referred to 
is on the wrong side of Moscow to attract Pullman shoppers and is not 
beside the major commuting thoroughfare of the Palouse. Hard for 
Moscow to create more commercial space along the corridor as it is 
built out to the state line. There are seven flat acres available 
along Highway 95 just north of Moscow Building Supply but the 
corridor location apparently trumped staying in Moscow. Water supply 
in the corridor will continue to be a limiting factor in development 
there. I've yet to see the application for a water right transfer 
associated with the proposed dealership on the Wa DOE database or in 
the legals. Not good news for Hawkins Companies as it will mean one 
less potentially available water right to transfer to their proposed 
big box retail development.
