[Vision2020] Market Over Flooded

When a 3 bedroom apartment is going for $1000 a month in a small Idaho town, there is not a huge vacancy rate.
People want houses because spending $1000 on an apartment is ridiculous when you can get a $200K mortgage for $800 a month. Rent is money down the drain and $1000 a month is nothing to gawk at for most people. Moscow needs a lot more housing. Not to mention a lot of these old large houses converted to 4-8 apartments need to be torn down or renovated.

Where are all of the people moving to Moscow living at then, I doubt its all
boarding houses. I too talk to the local property owners and am willing to
bet, a hell of a lot more than you. Most will not say that apartments are
30- 50% vacant. In fact if your statement is true then why on gods green
earth are contractors willing to sell the farm to build more and more
duplexes and condos?
Please J, your assumptions don't scare me.
