[Vision2020] correcting the record

I don't fault people for typos in email and particularly here on V2020.  But 
I don't think it's right to go after Shirley for not applauding Kempthorne 
or joining in a standing ovation for what I consider a political ploy.

If you watch the State of the Union message, the President frequently gets 
standing ovations from those on his side of the aisle.  I don't think those 
who remain seated are unpatriotic.
