[Vision2020] Logos Student's Scores Go Lower

Interesting note:

Dale C complains that the SAT/ACT's are going lower and that public school 
simply is not doing it's job towards these children.

Logos has seen a lowering of those same scores for years while the 
Idaho/Moscow students have been VERY consistant in their scores....wonder 
what he cares to blame THAT fact on?
