[Vision2020] Crabtree's Breach Of Trust Serious Ethical Fault

I'll stop after this but this is a bold lie by Crabtree.

I wrote 'OFFLIST' in the subject heading. Anyone can check this out for him or herself. Crabtree's own opening comments make it clear that my message was meant for his eyes only.

Does my desire for public office make me someone who is less deserving of civility and respect? This is precisely why people will not run for office and why our government is in the state that it is in.

Try commenting on my arguments, Crabtree, and steering clear of ad hominem attacks and everything will be just fine. This is a challenge that I doubt you can meet.

I was going to try to steer clear of this topic and move on to more interesting matters, but this most recent thread seems to demand a response. I did indeed post an off list reply in full and unedited, and I do not think that it was in any way a "serious ethical fault." Here are the reasons why.

1. The response was to a publicly debated topic.

2. The discussion was being conducted in a public forum

3. The threat involved going to a public place and doing violence to my private nose.

4. Mr. Campbell aspires to hold a public office.

5. Mr. Campbell sees fit to lecture the public on the virtue of tolerance.

I receive many off list communications. When the sender requests privacy or confidentiality, I respect their wishes. When they don't, I assume that the information contained is mine to do with as I will (although if you send me mail and threaten to do me bodily harm and keep it under my hat be advised right now that I most likely won't).

With regard to Mr. Fox's attempt to interfere with my ability to provide for my family, all I can say is as a locksmith and security consultant the most valuable thing I have is my reputation. As a member of the security profession I am privy to a great deal of sensitive information and public trust. I'll leave it up to the membership to decide for themselves if this incident should change any of that. Needless to say, should Mr. Fox find himself in need of my services, I would respectfully suggest that he make other arrangements.

G. Crabtree

I think Gary would probably have enough integrity to decline signing you up as a customer Wayne. I also don't think that Gary takes v2020 all that serious which is why he's a master at baiting most of us. You could call him a master baiter.

I'd have no problem doing business with Gary.

When I was small, a respected elder said to me:

"If you do not want to be thought a liar, then start by not telling lies."

Hence, if you do not want to be thought of as lacking integrity, than start
with showing that you do not lack integrity.

There is no absolute connection between Gary's intentional outing of Joe's
message and his ethics as a locksmith. However, I predict the probability
of someone's future actions by all their past actions in context that I am
aware of. You can make your own judgments.

I would not think of not doing business with Gary on the basis of his
opinions so far expressed here. However, this last incident has nothing to
do with the gist of his opinions. This last incident after Ted , Sunil, and
others discussed it has given me pause about doing business based on an
assessment of the strength of his integrity under the pressure of stress and
    ill-will.
