[Vision2020] Death Penalty Must Be Abolised

Tom,

For some of us, at least, the question on abortion takes on a wider
philosophy, other than simply is it right or wrong. To me, personally, it
is a moral issue and, in nearly every case, I am against it. However, that
does not mean I believe I have the right to judge everyone else on their own
moral opinion. That is God's job, not mine.

What I do object too is public funding of abortion as a remedy for
promiscous behavior. As one who strongly believes in personal
responsibility, I believe people should be responsible for their own fun and
games and should also take care of the consequences themselves. Those of us
who were not in the game, so to speak, should not be forced to share in the
consequences of someone elses' stupidity.

Nothing is black and white 100%, however, common sense should still play a
part in all issues, regardless of legal decisions and controversey. I would
rather buy my daughter a new car than pay for her abortion, let alone your
daughter's abortion.

Liberal or Conservative, that is not the question to me as much as
responsible or irresponsible for one's own actions.

Thanks,

Dick Sherwin
