Three lewd conduct with a minor under 16/one sexual abuse of a minor:  

$25,000 bond?

Is this correct?  

For $2,500 paid to a bondsman, the accused was let out on the street?  And now apparently on the lam?

Is the victim adequately protected? I hope so!

What the hell is going on in this county?  Hasn't anyone learned from the Fredrick Russell case?
