Who's Anti-Business? (was RE: [Vision2020] Understanding Alturas)

Kit says:
"The real problem is that Moscow does not have enough Industrial zoned
land to accommodate this type of wealth-producing business."

Aren't "Industrial" zones (along with Motor Business) allowed in the
"Extensive Commercial" comp plan designation the prior City Council put
on the Thompson property on the eastern edge of town? (more than likely
a response to Potting Sheds pulling out)  If they're not, I stand
corrrected, but that would seem an argument against the petition the
Zoning Commission is having their hearing about on Wednesday.
