  Using this logic we should be able to invade any country since most  nations are too large to inspect entirely and can obtain nuclear  weapons. Remember, Colin Powell testified to the public and the UN that  Saddam DID have WMDs (not maybe, or we think they), they know it for  fact, and even pointed on a satellite photo EXACTLY where they were  being held in Iraq. Bush restated this FALSE information in his state  of the union address.
