Yes, but could we reasonably expect a handful of inspectors capable of  
finding anything in a country as large as Iraq?  Especially when the regime  is 
less than determined to cooperate?
 
This of course is not to say such weapons were there, but it certainly  
doesn't prove their absence either.....
