[Vision2020] thanks to Kit Craine

I want to take a moment to publicly thank Kit Craine for her clarification 
on yesterday's zoning confusion.  It's easy to jump on what looks like a 
spark and start fanning flames that don't belong, and her timely and clear 
information kept things in check.  That's, to me, the mark of a true public 
servant, and Kit does it well.
