[Vision2020] oh, my, oh my, oh my...

Tom asks:  "The term "health nazi" has me perplexed.  What is a health 
nazi?"  I'm guessing it's either Joseph Mengele or someone, like me, who has 
the audacity to believe that as a non-smoker, I have the right to sit in a 
restaurant and not inhale someone else's cigarette smoke.  And other, uh, 
"Nanny state, statist, socialist, commie stuff" like that.
