I'll call 2 men or 2 women living together a marriage.
 Same sex marriage is legal in Canada, the
Netherlands, Spain, South Africa (I believe), and
Belgium.

I believe that in time, this won't be such a hot
button issue.  Not very long ago, interracial
marriages were also illegal in parts of the United
States.
