[Vision2020] Drive-Thru Convenience Store?

I've long thought a "suds-n-duds" laundramat would be a no-brainer in
Mosow-Pullman, and plan on opening one when I win the lottery. Unless
there's a law against doing laundry while under the influence. Carl
