[Vision2020] Sixth Street closing

I've been walking my dog down that way every couple of days to keep  
an eye on the project. While they've dug out the sidewalk at the  
intersections for wheelchair ramps, the rest of the sidewalks have  
gone untouched. I don't think they are scheduled for replacement (boo).
