[Vision2020] Property tax cut?

Have you noticed the increase in State Police in the area? We see at least
two different ones every day, now. Anyone know what that is about? Does
the City pay for them to be here or are they just on an increased patrol
area that now includes Moscow? No, they are not just "cruising" through.
We have seen them issueing tickets to people on the road in town. IF the
City is contracting to have them here, why can't they just use that money to
increase what is obviously an undersized MPD?

And what are you doing, Debra Gray, using your Uidaho mail system to send
things to V2020? Isn't that against the UI policy? You may be at lunch,
but from what I remember reading, you can't be using your business computer
for non-UI related mail traffic, no matter the time of day or your current
work status. THAT is considered abuse.
