Hi Dick,
Up the river there, in Lapwai. The BLM still holds the land for the US army 
fort ground overlooking the valley...That is long term, don't you think?
These people are just now beginning to get thier feet under them after an 
American conquest long ago.

I feel that what we have done in Iraq is a waste.
