[Vision2020] fleecing of Moscow???

Mr. Arnold and other Visionaries,
Since I'd really hate for people to misunderstand the legislation, I think this needs to be addressed. In order or JFord, or whomever, to be charged with a violation of the VAWA law, one would need to prove that the intent of the post was to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass. Expressing one's opinions (about civic or governmental issues) as part of a dialog belies the accusation that the intent is/was to annoy/harass/accuse/threaten. Dialog, by definition, requires two or more participants both performing some act. Harassment/annoyance/threats/accusation, etc. requires only one active party--the other party to the commission of the crime is either passive or inactive and the contact is unwanted (by the second party). Again, as I stated in my last post about this law, the spirit under which the legislation was enacted was to protect victims of domestic violence. Abusing the statue by lobbing it at people with whom we simply don't see eye-to-eye will only serve to weaken and cheapen the affect of the law when its use really is pertinent.

Joe,
I know for FACT that J Ford is Jackie Woolf, a city official told me. All you have to do is check the ISP number from J Ford and a known ISP from Jackie Woolf and see that they are the same person. You can check both from the V2020 archives.
But you are free to believe what you want, like someone borrowed her computer. I do agree however, that if J Ford had to put her real name of Jackie Woolf on her emails she would sound more like herself and less like an accusatory insane lunatic.
Her assaults against people on V2020, including members of Christ Church, and others, under the false name J Ford, is now a federal offense.
Take Care,
DJA

Just a personal belief, Donovan, but I know Jackie Woolf and I do not think that J Ford is her.
