Phil,
The bond failed.
Dr. Donicht didn't lie.
There is no fraud.
Raises and other contract language are negotiated between the Board of
Trustees negotiators and the MEA's negotiators.
I am not a negotiator.
I am proud to work with the negotiators on other board issues.
Bond money can't fund raises.
Operating budget can't fund bonds.
We have covered all of this before.
I'm done.

Shawn,
Please reread my statement. It says, in a questionable form, "did I hear
right? Our school administrators and teachers all got better than a 4%
raise?" I was asking a question. Did they? I never said the 4% elleged raise
came out of the building fund.
My next question for you, if your statement is factual, how did Candice
Donicht promise if her Bond would pass that not one dime would go to the
teachers in raises. And administration. But immediately after that Bond
passed everybody got raises. In my book that is a falsehood.

Is this aimed at the state administration, where it rightfully should be?
Local administrators do not have the flexibility to move monies earmarked
for salaries to building maintenance and vice versa. Also, your statement
Our school administrators and teachers all got better than a 4% raise is
not completely accurate.

Did I hear right? Our school administrators and teachers all got better than
a 4% raise? Yet our schools continue to deteriorate? I also understand there
is something like 15 million dollars in trust. Wait, did I use the right
word, trust???????? Is this BEFORE or AFTER the raises? Why does this keep
happening with the same administration?
